Trag has strategically deployed resources to advance its mission, focusing on expanding support for local initiatives, creating new partnerships and launching innovative projects.

In cooperation with the organization CRTA, the Mobilization Fund program was launched, to support active citizens in their efforts to improve the functioning and quality of life in their local communities, to face specific problems arising from the irresponsibility of national and local authorities, dysfunctional institutions, illegal practices, promotion of private interests, corruption and clientelism.

The platform Združene has reached 400 users from 79 organizations.

A new cycle of the program, the Academy of Sustainability, was launched, and the participants received financial support from Trag for projects in the fields of education, culture and art, environmental protection, community development, rights of people with disabilities, health and safety.

The strengthening of Local Foundations continues, and thanks to our expertise, we had the opportunity to participate in the Shift the Power Summit conference, organized by the Global Fund for Local Foundations in Bogota.

The Global Agreement Serbia o is officially registered as an organization, and Trag remains a member of this network.

The She’s Next program, intended for female entrepreneurs, was implemented in cooperation with the VISA company.

Trag collaborated with OTP Bank and the Serbian Philanthropic Forum to facilitate the process of registering civil society organizations in the Register of Fee-exempt Organizations when receiving donations to their specially opened accounts. Cooperation with the companies Dm and Lidl continued.

The Ministry for Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue has issued a call for civil society organizations to join the newly established Council for the creation of an enabling environment for the development of civil society. Marija Mitrović, director of the philanthropy program at the Trag Foundation, was elected as a member of the Council, while Željko Mitkovski from the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation was elected as her deputy.

ECFI and Trag jointly published the Guide for Local Foundations in Serbia.

The study Social Responsibility in the Service of Women’s Empowerment in Montenegro 2015-2023 was published, which investigates trends, motivations and challenges related to socially responsible business initiatives aimed at empowering women in Montenegro.

A brochure entitled Community is important – the origin of local foundations in Sarajevo, Zenica and Bijeljina was published, which describes the path and achievements of three local foundations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
