BCIF has officially become the Trag Foundation!
A new category for the VIRTUS Award was introduced – the Award for Individual Contribution to Philanthropy.

One cycle of the Active Communities program was aimed at helping vulnerable areas after the floods in Serbia, where almost 4.3 million RSD of aid were provided to 17 organizations through various programs.

The presidency of the Coalition for the Development of Social Entrepreneurship (KorSP) was taken over. As part of it, Trag supported the production of the “Belgrade Declaration on the Development of Social Entrepreneurship in the Western Balkans Region”, which was supported by 479 organizations from the Western Balkans and Turkey (of which 149 organizations from Serbia).

The regional conference “Signs For Philanthropy Development: A Regional Perspective” was held.

An initiative for tax incentives was launched in cooperation with the SIGN network, which resulted in a proposal to amend laws related to taxes.

A second fund-raising campaign Dobro na dar! was conducted, after which the financial endowment of Traga reached USD 243,760.

The initiative for social protection reform brought 7.9 million RSD from local budgets to finance social protection services. A housing unit for people with disabilities has been provided in Subotica, and the daycare centre for elderly people with dementia has begun to operate in Belgrade.

More than 10,000 citizens participated in the implementation of public advocacy campaigns supported by the Trag Foundation in partnership with the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC), with the financial support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
All six organizations that participated in the program For Sustainable and Competitive Social Care Services successfully collected funds from individual donors and local companies.

Successful cooperation with the business sector has been continued.
