BCIF has made significant progress in its transition from a British charity to a Serbian and Montenegrin foundation.

A strategic approach was introduced and frameworks for work and cooperation with supported organizations were defined. . Procedures for reporting, monitoring and organization of study and promotional visits throughout Serbia have been devised.

Also, various activities aimed at citizens were carried out, in order to ensure closeness and communication with local communities.
