Despite the pandemic, a significant number of initiatives were successfully implemented:

Support for civic activism has been launched, in collaboration with the British Council and the Good Governance Fund. On the international level, cooperation with the Mozaik Foundation in Bosnia and Herzegovina continued to improve the legal framework for philanthropy, while on the domestic level, the Coalition for Charity worked to create a more favourable environment for donations.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, a competition for Local phonations has been launched.
In cooperation with the Mozaik Foundation and leading organizations working on the development of philanthropy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Hastor Foundation, the Mreža and Pomozi.ba organizations, as well as with the partner from Serbia, Catalyst Balkans, the implementation of the project Improvement of the legal framework for the development of philanthropy begins.

Through the Active Community program, a solidarity response to COVID-19 was provided.

In cooperation with the OAK Foundation, women’s organizations in Bosnia, Montenegro and Serbia were also supported through the Stronger Together program.

The Forum for Green Ideas was successfully held in a virtual format, where an innovative bicycle project from Loznica was awarded, while the Sustainability Academy exceeded expectations, doubling the funds raised and providing additional support to organizations.

Through the Local Foundations program, the establishment of three new foundations in Serbia was supported, which collected funds and developed their activities in local communities.

Thanks to the support of small and medium-sized enterprises, the improvement of the framework for giving in Serbia continued.

Trag’s long-term cooperation with ERSTE bank, through the SUPERSTE program, continued to bring results, providing support to young talents and socially responsible projects.

Research on the attitudes of public opinion and decision-makers on philanthropy continued.

A regional event called UdruŽENE was organized, bringing together almost 120 activists from the Western Balkan region.
