In a country with high unemployment rates and low birth rates, it seems that mother-entrepreneurs are solving pressing problems on their own, while simultaneously starting a business and starting a family.

Namely, a mother-entrepreneur does not have the right to a higher position during maternity leave, the right to two years of absence from work due to the birth of the third and fourth child, nor the right for her partner to use parental leave, which are all rights that a working mother fully deserves to have.

To solve this widespread problem, the Center for Moms, within the Poret Polet program, offered clear steps that are shown in the Legal Guide, the aim of which is to make it easier for the competent institutions to change the obvious omissions as soon as possible.
