Trag fondacija: obaveštenje o radu na daljinu

U skladu sa novonastalom pandemijskom situacijom i brigom za zdravlje i dobrobit svojih zaposlenih i stalnih saradnika, obaveštavamo vas da će tim Trag fondacije u periodu od 16-31. marta raditi na daljinu i na taj način nastaviti da pruža podršku grantijima i partnerima. Elektronska i telefonska komunikacija će se redovno nastaviti radnim danima od 9-17h, a učestvovanje na sastancima biće obezbeđeno putem video-poziva.

Takođe se otkazuju svi ranije zakazani javni događaji i sastanci uživo do petka, 3. aprila. Članovi tima će biti u kontaktu sa svim saradnicima radi postizanja dogovora o alternativnim terminima za sastanke. Pozivamo grantije da nam se obrate ukoliko imaju dileme u vezi sa organizacijom svojih aktivnosti u navedenom periodu.

Following developments with emerging pandemic situation and the concern for the health and well-being of our employees and associates, we would like to inform you that the Trag Foundation team will be working remotely from March 16th to March 31st, and thus continue to support grantees and partners. Communication will be continued via telephone and online on a regular basis from 9am to 5pm on working days, and participation in meetings will be ensured by video conferencing.

All previously scheduled public events and face-to-face meetings are also canceled until Friday, April 3rd. Trag team members will be in contact with all the associates to agree on the alternatives for scheduled meetings and events. We invite our grantees to contact us should they have any questions or concerns regarding their activities during this period.
